 | Course Structure This seminar consists of two parts. The first part lays out foundations needed for wealth planning: The global principles of national taxation, the principles of international double taxation, and the fundamental wealth planning structures such as trusts, foundations, private investment and holding companies, etc. In the second part foundations are then applied in a country-specific context relating to Swiss, British, German, French, Italian, Belgian and Spanish jurisdiction.
Organization The seminar requires the study of pre-readings which are then elaborated during the seminar. Concepts are systematically illustrated through cases, Q&A sessions and group discussions. Participation is strictly limited to ensure maximum interaction.
Lecturers The seminar is taught by renowned academics who are experts in taxation, and by practicing specialists who are recognized leaders in their field.
