The Advanced Executive Program is aimed at senior managers and experts from the financial and related sectors. The objective of the Advanced Executive Program is to help develop an in-depth understanding of how to deal with the important challenges in the banking and financial sector. The Advanced Executive Program is directed at senior executives from banks, insurance companies, pension funds and from the finance divisions of industry, as well as senior executives from technology companies with involvement in the financial sector.

In particular the candidate has
at least 5 years experience in a demanding executive position and now a member of senior management (typically member of the managing board, managing director, or senior vice president)
motivation to examine new subjects/developments in the financial market as well as a readiness to share personal insights
time availability
good knowledge of German for active participation during the course; certain contributions will be held in English
