The Advanced Executive Program is aimed at senior managers and experts from the financial and related sectors. The objective of the Advanced Executive Program is to help develop an in-depth understanding of how to deal with the important challenges in the banking and financial sector. The Advanced Executive Program is directed at senior executives from banks, insurance companies, pension funds and from the finance divisions of industry, as well as senior executives from technology companies with involvement in the financial sector.

Your career has already benefited from attending executive education, but to keep the momentum going, the Advanced Executive Program will put you and your company at the leading edge. It will enable you to pro-actively and successfully cope with the increasingly accelerated pressures of the financial markets and to exploit their potential.

In particular the candidate has

  • at least 5 years experience in a demanding executive position and now a member of senior management (typically member of the managing board, managing director, or senior vice president)
  • motivation to examine new subjects/developments in the financial market as well as a readiness to share personal insights
  • time availability
  • good knowledge of German for active participation during the course; certain contributions will be held in English

Participants of the Advanced Executive Program are sponsored by their firms, because they are expected to play a major role in their organization's future. They have been identified as someone in whom a significant investment makes good business sense.
