The Advanced Executive Program (AEP) aims to help senior executives from financial and related sectors to strengthen their management competence, to broaden their factual knowledge and to promote integrated thinking with respect to the current dramatic trends in the financial industry.

The Advanced Executive Program addresses the radical change in the financial sector and provides participants with the opportunity to strengthen their management competence, to broaden their factual knowledge and to promote integrated thinking. Leading academics and high-profile top executives from various international companies will present and discuss their insights. Regular peer group discussions of case studies based on real-life situations form a core aspect of the course.

The AEP comprises 10 modules, each lasting two and a half days, from Thursday to Saturday, with one module per month. Specifically, the program will help you to

  • understand strategic, organizational and personal challenges in the turbulent environment of the financial sector
  • become familiar with best practices of leading institutions
  • establish a network of contacts to exchange a variety of ideas and approaches to the topics studied
  • be exposed to an impressive mix of leading academics, renowned decision-makers and participant expertise
  • benefit fully from a successful teaching style which offers not only lectures but also seminars, group work, presentations, case studies and structured exercises

When completing the course, participants will obtain the Certificate.
